Patent
Dispute Litigation
Case Management and
Coordination
Choosing primary counsel,
assembling the right team of litigators and trial attorneys,
developing a targeted discovery strategy, implementing and managing
the litigation, and effectively preparing and presenting at trial
are critical steps toward producing cost effective and positive case
results.
Over the years, Gary Kitchen has
developed keen insight into the proficiency of attorneys and law
firms available nationally to represent clients in patent matters
both large and small, and has established ongoing relationships with
many of them, which his clients can utilize to build an optimal and
efficient litigation team for their cases. Involving the Kitchen
firm from the outset enables his clients to leverage his
relationships, experience, and knowledge of patent practices, as
well as the jury pool in the Eastern District of Texas, to assemble
their team, design litigation strategy, and efficiently manage their
cases through trial.
Mr. Kitchen’s focus upon his
mediation and settlement practices necessarily limits the number of
case management and coordination engagements to which he can devote
his full attention. Hence, he is available in this capacity only on
a limited basis. Please contact our office at the earliest possible
date to discuss availability. |
