Involving the Kitchen firm from the outset enables his clients to leverage his relationships, experience, and knowledge of patent practices, as well as the jury pool in the Eastern District of Texas, to assemble their team, design litigation strategy, and efficiently manage their cases through trial.

Mr. Kitchen’s focus upon his mediation and settlement practices necessarily limits the number of case management and coordination engagements to which he can devote his full attention.
